Every adult over the age of 21 that is not a dependent will need to submit an application.

There are two options for being approved for a house. You will need to meet one of these options to be approved.

Option 1 - You can do a background check credit check. You will need a credit score of at least 600.

Option 2 - We do a background check and will need to talk to your landlord. YOU NEED TO MAKE A MONTHLY INCOME OF AT LEAST THREE TIMES THE RENT AND WILL NEED TO TO PROVIDE PROOF OF INCOME SUCH AS PAY STUBS ON YOUR APPLICATION AS PROOF OF INCOME.

WE RUN A FULL BACKGROUND AND CREDIT CHECK ON ALL APPLICANTS. IF YOU ARE WANTING OPTION 2 ON YOUR APPLICATION WE WILL GO BY YOUR PROOF OF INCOME DOCUMENTATION NOT YOUR CREDIT REPORT WE RECEIVE BACK. We will however consider case by case any outstanding debts, bad debts, liens, or debt collections over the amount of $1,000 as Possible grounds for declining an application.
